1. We are a venue, not a seller

used.kiwi does not own, inspect, store, or sell the items listed. Each listing is created by an individual seller, and each sale is a contract directly between the buyer and that seller. We are not a party to those contracts.

2. Condition is as described by the seller

All goods are second-hand. Condition grades, photos, and descriptions are provided by sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any item. Buyers should inspect items and ask questions before buying.

3. No warranty

Except where the law says otherwise, used.kiwi is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or complete.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, used.kiwi and Insight AI Systems Limited are not liable for any loss or damage arising from trades between users, from items bought or sold, or from your use of the platform.

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded. Note that private second-hand sales between individuals may have different protections than retail purchases.
